Equipment Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
We're currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team. This role will be instrumental in coordinating planned maintenance activities while minimizing disruptions to production operations. As the primary liaison between Maintenance and Operations, you'll play a crucial role in determining the timing for executing planned maintenance work.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to meet operational requirements.
- Providing maintenance support for production and engineering activities to ensure optimum results.
- Investigating maintenance-related problems, analyzing root causes, and driving resolutions.
- Ensuring compliance with proper safety, quality, and environmental requirements in all work.
- Managing all aspects of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including identifying and facilitating improvements, providing technical assistance and training to users, and ensuring consistent adherence to procedures throughout the organization.
To excel in this role, you'll need strong organizational, analytical, technical, and leadership skills. You should be adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting, and exercising independent judgment. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for interacting with team members across departments.
